77bad Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below. Defined terms appear with an initial capital letter throughout this document.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. Any reference to a law or regulation includes all amendments and re-enactments thereof. Where these Terms conflict with the rules of a specific game or promotion, the specific game or promotion rules prevail in respect of that specific matter only.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding contract between you and 77bad. Your acceptance is expressed through any of the following actions: completing the account registration process on 77bad.app; clicking any "I agree" or similar acceptance checkbox during registration or at any subsequent point; depositing funds into your 77bad Account; or placing any bet, wager, or game round on the Platform.

You must read these Terms in their entirety before taking any of the above actions. If you are uncertain about any provision, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] for clarification before proceeding. 77bad does not waive any right or provision by failing to enforce it at any particular time.

77bad reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address registered to their Account prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically.

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms (if made available for informational purposes), the English version shall prevail in all respects.

Access to and use of the 77bad Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which their Account remains active:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 77bad operates as a strictly 18+ platform. Persons under the age of 18 are categorically prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on the Platform, regardless of parental or guardian consent.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that limits your capacity to agree to these Terms.
• Personal account: You must be registering an Account for your own personal, non-commercial use. Corporate accounts, accounts registered on behalf of another person, and accounts operated by automated software or bots are strictly prohibited.
• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 77bad.app. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same name or different identities — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or exclusion directive from 77bad or from any other gambling platform that extends to 77bad.
• Not a prohibited person: You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 77bad or any affiliated entity. Such persons are prohibited from participating in real-money betting or gaming on the Platform.

Parents and guardians are reminded of their responsibility to prevent minors from accessing gambling platforms. If you believe a minor has accessed 77bad using your payment credentials or personal information, contact our support team immediately at [email protected]. We recommend the use of parental control software on shared devices.

77bad does not knowingly accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77bad makes no representation that its Services are available or appropriate for use in any specific location outside Bangladesh.

To access the full range of 77bad Services, you must register a personal Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must not use fictitious details, another person's identity, or temporary/disposable contact information when registering.

KYC Verification: Prior to processing your first withdrawal, 77bad requires completion of identity verification. You will be asked to submit a clear, legible photograph or scan of a valid National Identity Card (NID) or passport. The document must clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph. Additional supporting documents — such as a proof of address or proof of payment method ownership — may be requested at our discretion. KYC approval is a one-time process; once verified, your Account is permanently cleared for withdrawals subject to compliance with these Terms.

Account security is your responsibility. You must choose a strong, unique password for your 77bad Account and must not share it with any third party. 77bad strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 77bad immediately via live chat or email. 77bad will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

• Password requirements: Minimum 8 characters, containing at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one special character.
• 2FA activation: Strongly recommended. Available to all registered accounts via Account Settings. Requires a Bangladesh mobile number for SMS code delivery.
• Session timeout: Inactive sessions are automatically terminated after a defined period. You should always log out when using a shared or public device.
• Contact detail updates: Notify 77bad promptly of any change to your registered email address or mobile number to ensure you continue to receive security alerts and withdrawal confirmations.

77bad reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the registration details provided are inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, or where the Account appears to be operated in violation of these Terms. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Player will be notified at the registered email address.

All financial transactions on the 77bad Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). 77bad does not charge currency conversion fees on deposits or withdrawals processed via Bangladeshi mobile financial services. The following terms govern all cashier activity on the Platform.

Deposits: You may deposit funds into your 77bad Account using any of the accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 via mobile banking channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Deposits made via Visa or Mastercard are subject to the minimum transaction thresholds imposed by the issuing bank. Deposits are credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. 77bad does not hold deposits in any pending state unless a compliance review is triggered.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 via mobile banking channels. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay wallets are processed within five minutes of submission under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard are processed within one to three business days depending on the issuing bank's settlement schedule. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name — third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawal conditions: Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed. If KYC documents have not been submitted or approved, withdrawals will be held pending verification.
• Source of funds: You warrant that all funds deposited into your 77bad Account are legitimately obtained and are not derived from any unlawful activity. 77bad may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits at its discretion.
• Dormant account fees: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly maintenance fee of ৳100 may apply to dormant accounts. You will be notified before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will not incur fees.
• Failed withdrawals: If a withdrawal cannot be completed due to an error with the receiving payment method (e.g., an inactive bKash number), the funds are returned to your 77bad Account balance. You must update your payment method details and resubmit the withdrawal request.
• Anti-money laundering: 77bad is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. We reserve the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any transaction that triggers an AML alert, and to request supporting documentation from the Player in connection with such a review.

77bad offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make their first deposit on 77bad may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The specific percentage match, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements applicable to the welcome bonus are stated on the promotion page at the time of registration. Eligibility for the welcome bonus is limited to one claim per person, household, device, and IP address.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each promotion is stated in that promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements before the expiry date results in forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Bonus Funds not wagered within the expiry period are automatically removed from the Account. The expiry date is displayed in the Player's Account bonus section.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to the Wagering Requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution table for each promotion is published in the specific promotion terms.
• Maximum bet during wagering: While clearing a Wagering Requirement, the maximum permitted bet per round is ৳500 unless otherwise stated. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus wagering is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings at 77bad's discretion.
• Abuse and multi-accounting: Any Player found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or exploitation of system errors — will have their bonus forfeited, their Account suspended, and any winnings derived from the abuse voided.

77bad reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to respecting the rights of Players who have already opted in to an active promotion under its original terms. All promotional decisions made by 77bad are final.

All betting and gaming activity on the 77bad Platform is subject to these general rules as well as the specific rules applicable to each individual product. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game or betting market before participating.

Sports Betting: 77bad offers pre-match and live in-play betting markets across cricket (including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format by default. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 77bad reserves the right to void bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds (palpable errors) and to settle bets at the correct odds as determined at our discretion.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is not valid until a confirmation reference number is displayed in your betting slip and recorded in your account transaction history. You should retain confirmation numbers for all bets placed.
• Match suspension and abandonment: In the event that a sporting event is suspended, abandoned, or cancelled before reaching the point at which a market can be settled, 77bad will apply its standard void and refund rules as published in the sports betting rules section of the Platform.
• Live betting: In-play markets operate in real time. Network latency, device performance, and data feed delays may affect the availability of live odds. 77bad does not accept liability for bets placed on the basis of delayed or incorrect live data visible on a Player's device where the correct odds have already been updated on our servers.
• Maximum winnings: Maximum payout limits per bet, per day, and per event may apply. These limits are published within the sports betting rules and may vary by sport, market type, and bet size.

Casino Games: All RNG-based casino games use independently certified random number generators. Outcomes are statistically independent from one round to the next. 77bad does not manipulate game outcomes and does not have the technical capability to do so on games provided by third-party studios. Any malfunction of a game that results in an incorrect display of winnings will be subject to review; winnings credited in error are not valid and will be reversed.

Live Dealer Games: Live casino games are streamed from studio environments operated by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and other certified providers. The rules of each live game are governed by the provider's published rules, which are accessible within the game interface. 77bad is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by circumstances outside our control, including provider-side technical failures or network outages.

The following actions constitute serious violations of these Terms & Conditions. 77bad reserves the right to take immediate action — including permanent Account closure and forfeiture of balances — in response to any of the following:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information at registration, during KYC, or at any subsequent point; impersonating another person; using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials.
• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one Account on 77bad, whether under the same identity or different identities. This includes using household members' accounts to claim multiple bonuses.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping in poker-format games and matched betting schemes designed to exploit promotions.
• Hacking and technical exploitation: Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 77bad systems; exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial advantage; using automated software, bots, or AI tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using the 77bad Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity; using the Platform as a mechanism for layering or integrating illicit funds.
• Chargebacks and payment fraud: Initiating fraudulent chargebacks against deposits made on the Platform; disputing legitimate transactions with payment providers while retaining the benefit of those funds within your 77bad Account.
• Abuse of staff: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language at 77bad support staff or other platform users.

Where 77bad determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, we reserve the right to: immediately suspend or permanently close the Account; void and forfeit all Account balances (real money and bonus) without refund; recover any amounts paid out as a result of the prohibited conduct; and report the matter to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities.

Voluntary account closure: Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily — whether for personal reasons or as part of a responsible gaming decision — may do so at any time by contacting the 77bad support team. If a Player requests closure for responsible gaming reasons, the Account will be closed immediately and permanently without a cooling-off period. Real-money balances remaining at the time of voluntary closure (after deducting any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal subject to KYC being complete.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the Platform's operators. Any dispute arising from these Terms or from your use of the 77bad Platform shall first be referred to the 77bad customer support team for informal resolution. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be escalated in accordance with the formal dispute resolution procedure published in the Help section of the Platform.

Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77bad's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 77bad shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.
